Refund and Cancellation Policy

The specific refund and cancellation terms for the Sales Accelerator are confirmed in writing at the point of enrolment. Read them carefully, and ask on your enrollment call if any part of them is unclear — we would rather explain it now than argue about it later.

All sales are final. Once your place in the program is confirmed and payment terms are agreed, payments made are non-refundable. The only exception is if RichOffSales.inc cancels a cohort or is unable to deliver the program, in which case amounts already paid for undelivered sessions are returned to you.
