Privacy Policy

When you apply we collect your name, email address and phone number, the answers you give in the application, and the optional details you choose to add such as your occupation, experience and how you heard about us. If you book an enrollment call, the appointment details are stored alongside your application.

We also record basic technical context for the submission — the page you applied from, any campaign parameters in the link you used, and a non-reversible fingerprint of your network address used only to stop automated abuse. We do not store your raw IP address or your card details, and we never ask for either.

To review your application, to contact you about it, to arrange and confirm an enrollment call, and to keep a record of the conversation. Marketing updates are a separate, optional choice and declining them has no effect on your application.

Your application is visible only to authorised members of RichOffSales.inc through a protected account. It is not published, sold, or shared with third-party advertisers. Service providers who host our data are bound by their own confidentiality terms.

Applications are retained while your enquiry is live and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can pick the conversation back up if you return. You can ask us to delete your record at any time.

You may ask us to confirm what we hold, correct it, or delete it. Message consent is never assumed: if text messaging is ever offered, it will require its own explicit opt-in and you can withdraw it by replying STOP.
